Ḥananya of Dayr
al-Zaʿfaran was a Syrian Orthodox bishop of Mardin and Kfartuto. He built a
monastery that was named after him on the ruins of the monastery of
Slemun.

Barsaum in the text of Shābushtī confuses this monastery with the homonym
which speaks of the author.6
