“Joh. Eph., EH 4.52, records the name 'Eurpyolo' for the king of Nobadia whom the miaphysite bishop Longinus met during his missionary journey. He may be identical with the Eirpanomos who is attested in inscriptions as king from c.560 to c.590.” 2
