Elias (bishop) - ܐܦܣܩܦܐ ܚܕ
http://syriaca.org/person/5080
“Conon and Eugenius, the leaders of the tritheists, ordained numerous bishops throughout Asia minor. Joh. Eph., EH 5.12, heavily opposed to tritheism, reports that at least one of those bishops abandoned their doctrine and returned to orthodoxy. John does not give a name for this bishop, but he is probably identical with a certain Elias known from other documents.” 1
