John of Cellia - ܝܘܚܢܢ
http://syriaca.org/person/5107
“The miaphysite John was bishop of Cellia in the north-western Delta. First, he accepted the ordination of Theodore as new patriarch in 575, yet only a few weeks later, he consecrated Peter together with the two Antonini from Syria. Joh. Eph., EH 4.11, doubts the validity of this ordination since John of Cellia was apparently accused of some kind of uncanonical behaviour at the time.” 2
