ܬܳܐܘܡܐ ܫܢܰܬ 636 ܘܐܰܫܩܶܠܘ ܕܰܝܪ̈ܳܝܘܗܝ ܠܕܰܝܪܐ ܕܥܰܡܘܕܐ.” 1
“من اديار جبل راس عين ذكر في المئة السادسة ومنه نشأ المؤرخ القس توما سنة 636 ورحل رهبانه

graduates is the chronicler-priest Thomas, in 636. Its monks later moved to the Pillar
